Getting Started

Since we provide mats and other needed equipment, all you need to bring is you. Water is available on site for 50 cents. Wear comfortable clothing that isn’t too baggy (it doesn’t have to be skin tight either) avoiding strong scents as fellow classmates may be sensitive. Please be sure to get to class about ten minutes early so that we can get you ready for class.

Please call in advance to let us know that you are coming so we can be sure there is a space in class for you. Our Mat class sizes are limited to ten to allow for the best possible learning environment.
